Chapter 7
In all Chapter 7 bankruptcies, the Girgis Law Firm charges a flat fee. Depending on the complexity of your case will determine the fee. In addition to the flat fee, the court has a filing fee of $299. We offer payment plans for all Chapter 7 bankruptcy clients. While in this payment plan, you are encouraged to forward ALL creditor calls to our office.
Chapter 13
In all Chapter 13 bankruptcies, the Girgis Law Firm charges a flat fee based on what is mandated by the courts. Depending on whether you are employed with a company or are self-employed will determine the fee. However, in complicated cases, additional fees may apply. In addition to the flat fee, the court has a filing fee of $274.
